Historic coastal fort and nature reserve parking
A National Trust gravel car park offering approximately 80 spaces and seasonal overflow on adjacent grass. Pay-and-display machines accept coins, cards and app payments. Visitors have direct access to the peninsulas WWI fort remains, coastal paths and cliff-top viewing points. Facilities include picnic tables, interpretive panels on local geology and wildlife, plus a portable toilet block open daily. No lightingdaylight use only. The site is a key base for guided nature walks, birdwatching and exploration of the Bronze Age burial mound at the Downs summit.
