The surface is graded for drainage and inspected monthly; potholes and ruts are repaired within 48 hours. No lighting is installed to protect wildlife; four CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian pathways. Pedestrian routes lead directly to the heath trails (1 minute walk) and to the beach access path (5 minutes). Six DC fast-charging EV bays (50 kW) are located near the entrance, operating on a pay-as-you-go basis.
