NCP Bristol St James Barton is a landmark multi-storey car park operated by National Car Parks (NCP), offering 800 sealed concrete bays over six levels for city center visitors. The facility includes 40 accessible bays on Level 1, adjacent to lift lobbies providing step-free access to all floors. Entry and exit are managed by ANPR cameras, with motorists paying at pay-on-foot machines on the ground floor; tariffs are £2.50 for the first hour, £1.75 per subsequent hour, and capped at £15 per 24 hours, with discounted weekly and monthly season tickets available. The car park is illuminated by high-intensity LED fixtures from dusk until dawn, and 24 CCTV cameras cover all levels for comprehensive security.
