Four Type 2 EV chargers on Level 3 operate 24/7, and bay markings clearly indicate charging spots. Structural inspections are conducted annually, and floor surfaces are jet-washed quarterly to remove oil residue. Tariffs are displayed prominently at each entrance, featuring short-stay, day, and evening packages, with discounted weekend rates. Barrier maintenance occurs monthly, and lifts undergo routine safety inspections every three months.
