The car park operates 24/7, with LED high-mast lighting ensuring visibility, and a network of six CCTV cameras covering all entry, exit, and pedestrian routes. The tarmac surface is graded for drainage, with annual resurfacing and quarterly line repainting. Pedestrian gates lead to Hipswell Highway residential areas (2-minute walk), nearby retail outlets (3 minutes), and a cycle path connecting to Coventry University (5 minutes). Two Type 2 EV charging bays are located adjacent to the barrier, bookable online for pay-as-you-go charging. Height clearance is 2.5 m; signage warns against oversized vehicles. Regular overnight security patrols are conducted by a contracted firm to enforce ANPR compliance.
