North Towers Car Park is a council-operated lot serving employees and visitors to the North Towers business complex in Colchester. The site provides 150 sealed asphalt bays, including eight accessible spaces located adjacent to the ground-floor elevator lobby for step-free access to office floors. Access is granted via RFID swipe cards issued to employees; visitors must register at reception for temporary permits. High-efficiency LED lampposts illuminate all driving lanes from dusk until midnight, and a network of four CCTV cameras provides continuous security coverage of the entrance and accessible bays. Covered pedestrian walkways link the car park directly to the main office buildings, reducing exposure to inclement weather. Covered notice boards at the entrance display emergency evacuation routes, local bus timetables, and on-site shuttle service schedules to Colchester town centre. Monthly maintenance includes line repainting, pothole repairs, and litter removal to maintain a professional environment. A bus stop on Towers Road provides half-hourly services to Colchester Railway Station.
