Q-Park Rockingham is a multi-level private facility managed by ParkBee in partnership with Q-Park, located off Holland Street in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. The structure offers approximately 450 covered bays across three levels, including 18 accessible spaces on Level 1 near the entrance ramp. Entry and exit are controlled via ANPR technology for pre-booked users; casual users retrieve a ticket at entry and pay at pay-on-foot machines accepting coins, notes, and contactless cards. Operating 24/7, the car park is monitored by high-definition CCTV cameras covering all entry/exit points, aisles, and lifts, with bright LED lighting ensuring safe visibility at all hours. Covered pedestrian walkways connect directly to nearby retail, office blocks, and the Devonshire Quarter within a one-minute walk. Frequent bus stops on Arundel Gate provide services to Sheffield Interchange and Meadowhall. EV charging is available via 10 rapid units located on Level B2 near the lift shaft. Covered cycle racks accommodating 40 bicycles are provided on Level B1 to support sustainable commuting. Height restriction barriers limit vehicles to 2.1 m. Regular structural inspections and line repainting maintain a tidy, well-organized environment.
