The tarmac surface is inspected quarterly; drainage channels are cleared within 48 hours, and any potholes patched within 48 hours. One CCTV camera monitors entry and the main pedestrian walkway, and LED bollard lighting provides illumination during operating hours. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to The Cottage restaurant entrance (1 minute walk) and to bus stops on Longdown Lane South (5 minutes).
