This open-air surface car park on Barford Street is ideally positioned for visitors staying at nearby hostels and budget accommodations. Comprising roughly 60 spaces, the lot operates on a pay-and-display basis from 8 am to midnight daily. Payment machines accept both coins and contactless card payments, and a mobile app option is available to extend stay time remotely. The space is patrolled regularly by local security officers and is well-lit after dark to ensure user safety. Located less than two minutes walk from the Northwood House hostel and within easy reach of the citys main backpacker district, the car park also serves guests attending events at the nearby O2 Institute (five-minute walk). Although there are no EV charging stations on site, bicycle racks are provided near the entrance for those exploring the city by bike. Given its proximity to frequent bus routes on Dudley Road, this car park is popular among budget-conscious travellers and backpackers.
