Parking Tir
Free community sports parking with limited hours
Located at 56HV+47 (SP4 7SQ) in Amesbury, Parking Tir provides 50 gravel-reinforced bays for local sports fields and community events. Open daily from dawn to dusk (approximately 6 am–8 pm), parking is free but limited; overflow directs visitors to adjacent street parking. No lighting or EV charging is provided to protect the rural environment. Two disabled bays are positioned nearest to the sports pavilion entrance. A grass footpath leads directly to local rugby and cricket pitches within a 2-minute walk. Volunteer marshals patrol during weekends to manage high-demand periods.
