Priory Car Park is a surface lot providing 60 bays serving the Bramcote Hills Primary School, Bramcote Health Centre, and nearby retail units. Operating hours are 8 am to 6 pm MondayFriday; closed weekends. Pay-and-display tariffs are £0.80 per hour, capped at £4 per day, payable at the on-site machine accepting cash, card, contactless, or via RingGo. Two accessible bays (3.6 m wide) are sited within 10 m of the pedestrian exit leading to the health centre, featuring drop-kerb access and tactile paving. The tarmac surface was resurfaced in mid-2023, with thermoplastic bay markings reapplied late 2023. LED column lighting installed in early 2024 provides bright illumination after dusk, while two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and all aisle areas during operational hours. In 2024, EV charging infrastructure comprising one 7 kW bay was added near the accessible bays, accessible via the Pod Point app. Perimeter hedgerow planting provides visual screening and assists stormwater management. Directional signage inside the lot guides drivers to the exit onto Bramcote Lane. Monthly maintenance includes pay machine checks, litter clearance, and drainage gully cleaning.
