Prologis Country Park car park New Rd, Ash Green, Coventry CV7

Prologis Country Park Car Park is a private surface lot serving the Prologis Country Park logistics and warehousing hub, providing 250 marked bays including ten disabled spaces adjacent to the main pedestrian route. Managed by Prologis, entry is unrestricted 24/7, with pay-and-display machines accepting coins, contactless, and mobile-pay; permit holders for tenant companies park free of charge via RFID fobs. LED high-mast floodlighting ensures visibility during early mornings and late evenings, and twelve CCTV cameras monitor the entire lot, focusing on the entrance, exit, and pedestrian pathways. The tarmac surface is graded toward roadside drains, with quarterly inspections and pothole repairs within 48 hours of notification. Pedestrian walkways lead directly to Prologis office complexes (2 minutes’ walk) and to the adjoining Coventry Road cycle path (5 minutes). Peak usage occurs during shift-change hours; overflow is directed to a secondary grass overflow site when necessary. Six Type 2 EV charging bays are provided near the reception area, available to both employees and visitors on a pay-as-you-go basis via the Prologis app. Monthly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain site presentation.
