Pay-and-display machines accept coins and contactless cards; tariffs are £1 per hour with a four-hour maximum stay, and a daily cap of £5 during peak season (April–October); free off-peak. Solar-powered LED bollard lights line pedestrian routes from dusk until 10:00 pm, and two CCTV cameras monitor entrances and accessible bays for security. Covered information boards display tide times, sailing club schedules, and local bus timetables for services to Colchester.
