Harewood Public Parking is a spacious gravel and grass-reinforced car park on Wike Lane, serving Harewood House and its extensive grounds. The facility can accommodate up to 500 vehicles, including coach bays for tour operators, and features a drop-off plaza near the main visitor entrance. The surface is reinforced with gravel grids to prevent rutting, while perimeter fences guide traffic flow. On-site amenities include male, female, and accessible toilets, a family changing room, a small café kiosk, and an information point staffed during opening hours (09:0017:00 daily, extended to 19:00 in summer). Shuttle buses run every 15 minutes from the lot to Harewood House entrance from 09:30 until 17:30. Parking charges vary seasonally: £6.00 per vehicle in peak season (AprilSeptember) and £3.00 off-peak, payable by machine or the Harewood app. Electric vehicle charging (4 × rapid 22 kW bays) is available near the exit. The site is lit until 22:00 and patrolled by security staff.
