Be the first to review

Car Park C at Queen Elizabeth Hospital is a mixed-use surface lot primarily serving outpatients and visitors. With capacity for 400 vehicles, including 20 designated disabled spaces located adjacent to the main visitor entrance, the lot operates from 7 am to 8 pm daily. Payment is managed via pay-on-foot machines, which accept cash (notes and coins) and contactless card transactions, as well as via the hospital’s online payment portal. A staffed information kiosk is located at the main entrance of the lot between 8 am and 6 pm to assist visitors with directions and payment queries. Security is enforced through a network of CCTV cameras and nightly roving security patrols. For pedestrian safety, clearly marked walkways guide people from their cars to the hospital’s A&E and outpatient wings within a two- to five-minute walk. EV users can utilize eight rapid charging points positioned near the lot perimeter. Nearby public transport includes the Wellcome Trust Park & Ride shuttle bus, which stops at Mindelsohn Way every 15 minutes during peak hours. Bicycle lockers and covered racks are available for those travelling by bike.
