Redwood Farm Car Park is a private facility located on New Charlton Way, serving residents and visitors to the adjoining housing development and community farm. The surface lot comprises 70 sealed asphalt bays, including four accessible spaces located nearest the pedestrian entrance to Redwood Farm heritage center. Access is restricted to residents and authorized guests via a PIN-controlled barrier; no visitor parking is permitted without a temporary code. LED floodlights illuminate the lot from dusk until 11 pm, and two CCTV cameras cover entry, exit, and accessible bays. Covered bicycle racks for 15 cycles are provided near the entrance to encourage sustainable transport. Regular maintenance includes line repainting quarterly, pothole repairs as necessary, and monthly litter clearance. Pedestrian pathways connect directly to Patchway town center within a five-minute walk, where bus stops provide frequent services to Bristol Parkway and city centre.
