Rented Garage is a private, secure facility located on Lansbury Road, serving local residents and small business owners. The lot offers 30 garage bays, each fitted with roller shutter doors and internal lighting, providing covered, lockable parking spaces. Each garage measures approximately 2.5 m × 5 m, accommodating standard-size vehicles and some storage needs. Access is granted via personal key fobs; no casual parking is allowed. Operating 24/7, the site is monitored by CCTV cameras covering all entrances, garages, and pedestrian corridors. LED floodlighting ensures visibility after dusk. A designated pedestrian pathway leads to adjacent residential streets and local bus stops on Ifield Road within a two-minute walk. EV charging is not available on-site due to space constraints; the nearest rapid-charging station is located at Broadfield Barton Free Car Park a five-minute drive away.
