Royal Priors Car Park is a four-level multi-storey structure offering 550 parking bays including thirty accessible spaces located on Level 1 adjacent to lifts. Operated by APCOA, entry uses ANPR for permit holders; casual users take a ticket at the barrier and pay at machines on Levels 1 and 3 accepting coins, card, and RingGo payments. Overhead digital signage displays bay availability per level. LED lighting ensures uniform brightness, and ten CCTV cameras monitor all ramps, bays, stairwells, and pedestrian exits 24/7. Ceiling clearance is 2.2 m, with low-clearance areas marked in red. Pedestrian exits connect to Royal Priors Shopping Centre entrance (1-minute walk), town centre retail (3 minutes), and to the railway station (8 minutes). Four Type 2 EV charging bays are located on Level 2, accessible via the APCOA app. Routine maintenance includes monthly barrier and lift servicing, quarterly structural inspections, and biannual repainting of floor lines.
