Samuel Street Car Park is a free, council-operated surface lot in Bloxwich town centre, directly opposite the Samuel Street shopping parade. The tarmac-surfaced facility provides around 50 bays, including two Blue Badge spaces near the entrance off Bloxwich High Street. Open 8 am to 8 pm MondaySaturday (free Sundays), there is no charge for parking during operating hours; overnight parking is prohibited. LED lighting columns illuminate the lot until closing, and CCTV cameras monitor the site during opening hours. Pedestrian exits lead onto High Street within a one-minute walk, placing drivers close to local banks, cafés, and bus stops. The site is popular with shoppers and commuters catching buses to Walsall city centre.
