Gateway to headland trails
Managed by the National Trust, this pay-and-display lot of 80 spaces sits right at Sand Points entrancegateway to the headland trails and bird-watching hides. The surface is compacted stone with defined bays, and seasonal wardens issue tickets and tourist information. Picnic tables under a gazebo overlook the bay, and interpretive boards explain local flora and fauna. Open daily from dawn till dusk, its the prime starting point for family hikes or photography sessions at golden hour.
