Sinclair Retail Park Car Park is a large, free-to-use facility serving the adjacent retail outlets, including supermarkets, electronics stores, and clothing outlets. The spacious tarmac lot can accommodate around 400 vehicles, with dedicated bays for disabled drivers (10) and parents with young children (8) near the retail entrance. Open daily from 7 am to 10 pm, it has LED floodlighting and 24-hour CCTV coverage. The car park includes six electric vehicle charging stations clustered near the main entrance. Traffic flow is one-way, with clear signage directing drivers to loading bays for click-and-collect services. Pedestrian crossings lead to stores such as Tesco Extra, Next, and B&M.
