Park Hill Flats Car Park is a surface-level private facility located off Duke Street, serving the residents of the Park Hill estate and visitors to the iconic brutalist housing complex. The lot offers approximately 120 tarmac-surfaced bays, including six accessible spaces positioned near the pedestrian entrance to the lifts. Operating 24/7, parking is reserved for permit holders with electronic fob-controlled barriers; casual visitors can pre-book online and access via ANPR recognition. CCTV cameras monitor all entry, exit points, aisles, and lift lobbies continuously; bright LED floodlighting ensures safe visibility at night. Covered pedestrian walkways lead directly to residential blocks and the Park Hill community center within a one-minute walk. Local bus stops on Park Square provide frequent services to Sheffield City Centre and Kelham Island. EV charging is available via six rapid units located near the lots northern perimeter.
