This specialized motorcycle-only parking area offers 40 marked bays on a reinforced concrete slab adjacent to the Slatyford Retail Park. Operating hours are 6 am10 pm daily; outside these hours, the gate is closed. Bays measure 1.5 m × 3 m each, painted in contrasting yellow, and feature drainage channels to prevent oil buildup. The perimeter is secured by a six-foot palisade fence, and CCTV cameras with license-plate capture technology monitor entry/exit points. Lighting is provided by five LED floodlights, ensuring bright, shadow-free illumination. Access is via an RFID swipe card for registered riders, or a temporary tag issued at the nearby security kiosk. A covered bench and helmet-locking posts (accommodating up to ten helmets) are provided for rider convenience. A digital display at the entrance shows bay availability, updated in real time.
