Green Hall Car Park is a multi-storey deck operated by Staffordshire County Council, located on The Oval, serving the Staffordshire County Offices and Crown Court. The concrete structure offers 180 spaces over three levels, including eight Blue Badge bays on Level 1 and two motorcycle bays. It operates 24/7; Pay-on-Foot machines accept coins, contactless, and mobile payments. Tariffs are £1.50 per hour, capped at £5.00 for up to eight hours, with free parking after 6 pm. LED lighting ensures illumination until midnight, and CCTV cameras cover all levels. Two 7 kW EV chargers on Level 2 serve electric vehicles at subsidized rates for council staff.
