Station Road Car Park is a small surface facility located adjacent to Southwater Railway Station, serving rail commuters and local residents. The lot offers 60 marked bays, including four accessible spaces located near the pedestrian entrance. Entry and exit are managed via ANPR cameras for registered permit holders; casual users take a ticket at entry and pay at pay-on-foot machines accepting coins, banknotes, and contactless cards. Operating 24/7, the car park is monitored by CCTV cameras covering all aisles and pedestrian pathways. LED floodlighting ensures safe access during early morning and evening hours. A covered pedestrian walkway leads directly to the station platform within a one-minute walk, making it ideal for daily commuters. Local bus stops on Station Road provide infrequent services to Horsham and Littlehaven. EV charging is not available on-site; the nearest rapid-charging station is located at Car Park Faygate Station a five-minute drive away. Covered cycle racks accommodating six bicycles are provided to encourage sustainable commuting. Gravel resurfacing prevents standing water and ensures safe footpaths.
