Steels Lane Car Park is a free Elmbridge Borough Council surface lot serving Oxshott village. It provides approximately 40 marked bays including three disabled spaces located close to the footpath entrance. Operating hours are sunrisesunset daily; no electricity or CCTV is available to preserve the village character. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage and inspected quarterly, with potholes filled within 72 hours. Pedestrian access leads directly to Oxshott High Street shops (2 minutes walk) and to the local bus stops on Steels Lane (3 minutes). Monthly litter clearance and seasonal hedge trimming maintain a clean, village-centre car park.
