Access is via remote-release rising bollards; visitors obtain temporary codes from reception. The tarmac surface features bay markings refreshed in 2023 and two accessible bays close to the building entrance. The site is open 7 am–7 pm weekdays, monitored by CCTV, and illuminated by low-glare LED lamps. A covered cycle stand accommodates up to 12 bikes, and directional signage guides drivers to exit onto Clarence Street.
