It operates 24 hours; pay-on-exit charges of £6.00 per day apply for pre-booked rail users (bookings via station portal) and £1.50 per hour for non-rail users, capped at £8.00 per day. Barrier entry is enforced via scanned tickets. Eight 22 kW EV fast chargers are located near the main platform entrance, available to rail users at discounted rates. LED lighting provides full coverage until 1 am, and CCTV cameras cover all aisles. Pedestrian subways and lifts offer step-free access to platforms and the station concourse. Bicycle lockers for 20 cycles are adjacent to Platform 1. Weekly maintenance includes pressure washing and bay line repainting.
