The Gym Group Parking is a private tarmacked lot located at 1a Otley Road, Headingley, Leeds (LS6 2UE), dedicated to patrons of The Gym Group fitness centre. It accommodates around 60 vehicles, with 4 blue-badge bays near the main entrance for easy access. Access is controlled by an automatic barrier, activated only by a valid membership card; nonmember parking is prohibited and clamped by a private enforcement agent. Lighting is provided by motion-sensing LED columns operating from 06:00 until midnight. CCTV cameras cover all bays and entry points, linked to a remote monitoring service. A short pedestrian pathway leads into the front door of the gym, and a secondary exit connects to residential roads via a lockable gate. The surface underwent full resurfacing in late 2024, with new line markings and directional arrows installed. Drainage channels run along both sides to prevent pooling after heavy rain.
