Town Hall Car Park is a two-level surface and raised-deck municipal facility situated on Temple Street behind Llandrindod Wells Town Hall (postcode LD1 5DL). Operated by Powys County Council, it offers 120 marked spaces—eight of which are for Blue Badge holders—distributed across level ground and a concrete mezzanine deck accessible by a short ramp. Payment is via two pay-and-display machines accepting coins and contactless cards, with tariffs of £0.80 per hour (first two hours) rising to £1.20 per hour thereafter; maximum stay is 8 hours. The car park is open 6 am–10 pm; after 10 pm, a barrier closes all entrances and exits. LED flood lighting illuminates both levels until closing time, and CCTV cameras cover the perimeter. Pedestrian exits lead to the town’s retail core, including the Central Market Hall, Art Deco railway station (0.2 km), and the historic Assembly Rooms. Bike lockers for up to four bicycles are installed near the main entrance. There are no toilet facilities on site, but the Town Hall’s public amenities are accessible during business hours.
