Upper Orwell Street North Car Park is a council-operated multi-level facility located on Upper Barclay Street, serving the waterfront and university precinct. The lot provides 280 sealed concrete bays across three levels, including 12 accessible spaces on Level 1 adjacent to the elevators for step-free access. Entry and exit are managed via ANPR cameras; pay-on-foot machines accept coins, notes, and contactless cards.
