Upper Orwell Street South Car Park is a council-operated facility located off Star Lane, serving visitors to Ipswich waterfront and university precinct. The lot provides 200 sealed tarmac bays, including ten accessible spaces adjacent to the pedestrian crossing leading to the Waterfront Leisure Centre.
