The Victoria Centre (North) Car Park is a five-level reinforced concrete structure offering 1,200 bays directly above the North Shopping Mall. Entry and exit operate via ANPR gates; payment is made at pay-on-foot machines (£10/day; £5 after 5 pm), accepting cash, card, contactless, or app. Two hundred accessible bays (40 per level) are located adjacent to each lift lobby, featuring drop-kerb access and tactile paving. Bright LED panel lighting ensures uniform coverage, and 24-hour CCTV cameras with motion detection cover all decks and ramps. The top deck features solar-powered LED lights that dim to 20% when unoccupied. In late 2024, the car park underwent epoxy floor sealing to prevent water ingress, and line markings were repainted. Two rapid EV charging bays (50 kW each) are located on Ground Level, reserved via the Interparking app. Pedestrian exits lead directly to the malls North entrance atrium. Structural assessments occur bi-annually to check for concrete reinforcement corrosion.
