Operating hours are 8 am–6 pm Monday–Saturday and 10 am–4 pm Sunday; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo; maximum stay of 3 hours. The tarmac surface is grooved for effective drainage and inspected quarterly, with potholes filled within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting illuminates the lot during opening hours, and four CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian pathways. Pedestrian access leads directly to Buttermarket shopping centre (2 minutes’ walk), St Mary’s Church (4 minutes), and local bus stops on Parkway (3 minutes).
