Visitors Parking at Stratford Hospital is a council-operated surface lot reserved for hospital visitors and outpatients. It provides 80 marked bays including eight disabled spaces located directly in front of the main entrance. Operating hours are 6 am8 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo payments; parking is free for the first hour upon stamping a voucher at reception, then charges apply. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage, inspected monthly, and potholes are repaired within 48 hours. LED column lighting ensures visibility for early-morning and evening visitors, and four CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian routes. Pedestrian access leads directly to the hospital main doors (1 minute walk) and to the pharmacy wing (2 minutes). No EV charging stations are on-site; the nearest public charger is at Stratford Marina Car Park, a 15-minute walk away. Weekly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain a welcoming environment.
