Waitrose Car Park in Horley is a free surface-level facility reserved for supermarket customers, offering approximately 120 bays, including six accessible spaces located near the store entrance. Operating during store hours (7 am10 pm daily), parking is managed by ANPR cameras: customers present their shopping receipt at the exit barrier to validate two hours of free parking; extended stays incur a nominal fee payable at the exit machine. CCTV cameras monitor the entire lot, and LED bollard lighting ensures safe access during early morning and late evening hours. A covered trolley return area is positioned adjacent to the entrance, and a dedicated pedestrian walkway leads directly to the Waitrose store within a one-minute walk. Bus stops on High Street provide frequent services to Redhill and Gatwick Airport. EV charging is available via four rapid units located near the lots eastern boundary exclusively for supermarket customers. Covered cycle racks accommodating eight bicycles are provided to encourage sustainable travel.
