The Waitrose & Partners Twyford Car Park is a free surface-level facility exclusively for store customers, offering approximately 150 bays, including six accessible spaces adjacent to the store entrance. Operating during store hours (8 am10 pm daily), the lot is managed by ANPR cameras: customers scan their shopping receipt at the barrier to validate free parking for up to two hours. Security is provided via 24/7 CCTV coverage and routine patrols by on-site security officers. LED floodlighting ensures safe access after dusk. A covered trolley return area is conveniently located next to the entrance, and a dedicated pedestrian walkway leads directly from the lot into the store. Local bus stops on London Road offer frequent services to Reading town center and Maidenhead. While there are no EV charging points on-site, a rapid-charging station is available at the nearby Polehampton Close Car Park a five-minute drive away. Covered cycle racks accommodating ten bicycles are provided to encourage cycling among customers.
