Open 24/7 with flat-rate daily tariffs payable at a pay-and-display machine (coins and contactless accepted), it is popular with commuters and local hospital visitors. LED floodlights ensure visibility at night, and CCTV cameras monitor the perimeter. A pedestrian footpath leads from the lot to Walsall Rail Station within a 15-minute walk, and local bus stops on Stafford Street provide additional transport options. Electric vehicle charging is not available, but several rapid chargers are located on Lichfield Street, a five-minute drive away.
