The Hylands Hotel Car Park, managed via YourParkingSpace, is a reserved lot for hotel guests and pre-booked external users. It provides 120 standard bays, including 6 accessible spaces near the hotel entrance. Entry is via Warwick Road, with an automated barrier opening upon scanning a pre-allocated QR code or by purchase at a pay station. The lot operates 24 hours, with LED column lighting for security and CCTV surveillance covering all rows. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to the hotels main lobby (1 minute walk) and to adjacent retail outlets on Warwick Road (3 minutes). The asphalt surface is kept in good repair with annual resurfacing and line repainting. Two Type 2 EV charging sockets (7 kW) are provided for hotel guests, bookable at reception. Rates are dynamic, varying by season: standard daily rates, discounted weekend offers, and special event pricing (e.g., Coventry Building Society Arena concerts). The perimeter hedge is maintained quarterly.
