Alvis Retail Car Park is a surface facility serving the Alvis Centre retail complex and adjacent industrial park. Managed by Euro Parking Services, it offers 220 parking bays, including 12 accessible spaces nearest the main retail entrance. Entry is via a barrier on Rowley Road, issuing tickets to casual users; local businesses may purchase monthly passes for unrestricted access. The lot operates 24/7, with LED lighting columns ensuring clear visibility at night. CCTV cameras at entrance and exit monitor all activity. Pedestrian exits lead directly to the Alvis Centre shops (2 minutes walk) and the nearby Alvis Sculpture Trail (4 minutes). The tarmac surface is inspected quarterly, with pothole repairs carried out within 48 hours of identification. Three Type 2 EV charging bays (7 kW each) are located near the retail entrance, available to both public and permit holders.
