Bourton Park Car Park is a council-operated, gravel-reinforced parking area located off Verney Close, Buckingham (MK18 7JH), serving the nearby Bourton Park sports fields and skate park. The lot holds approximately 50 vehicles, with 3 accessible bays near the pedestrian footpath. Parking is free but limited to a 4-hour stay; signage directs overflow to Buckingham town centre if full. No lighting exists, so parking is daylit only (approx. 06:0020:00 in summer). CCTV cameras at the site entrance deter anti-social behaviour. A footpath leads directly to Bourton Meadow and the community centre within 200 meters. The surface is graded quarterly to maintain an even profile, and speed bumps control site circulation. Seasonal maintenance includes grass cutting on adjacent sports pitches and litter clearance.
