The Car Park on Unnamed Road (off Aldermans Green Road) is a small, private surface lot providing 40 bays, including two disabled spaces near the exit gate. Managed by a local property management firm, access is controlled by a manual gate that is opened by residents or commercial tenants between 6 am8 pm; after-hours access requires pre-authorized fob entry. A single pay-and-display machine accepts coins and contactless payments for casual users; permit holders park free of charge. LED bollard lighting is installed at the entrance and central walkway for nighttime safety. One CCTV camera covers the entry, central bay, and exit points. The asphalt surface is patched annually, with line markings refreshed yearly. Pedestrian exit leads to adjoining office blocks (1-minute walk) and to a local convenience store on Holbrook Lane (3 minutes). There are no EV charging facilities; the nearest public charger is at Premier Inn Car Park, a 6-minute walk away. Biweekly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain the lots appearance.
