Coulsdon Centre Car Park is a privately managed facility located within the Calat Centre complex, serving local retailers and offices on Chipstead Valley Road. The lot comprises 100 sealed tarmac bays, including six accessible spaces adjacent to the main pedestrian walkway for step-free access to retail outlets. Parking is free for the first two hours; pay-and-display machines accept coins, notes, and contactless cards for extended stays at £1 per hour, capped at £5 per day. LED pole lights illuminate the lot from dusk until midnight to ensure pedestrian safety after business hours. Eight CCTV cameras monitor entrances, accessible bays, and key pedestrian routes for enhanced security. Covered information boards display local bus timetables for services to Croydon and Redhill, as well as retail centre maps and directory.
