Lighting is provided by motion-sensor LED columns on all levels, ensuring 24/7 illumination, and a full CCTV system is monitored by a central security office. Covered pedestrian walkways link each level directly to Midsummer Place shopping entrances and to the Milton Keynes Theatre (0.1 miles) via a glazed footbridge. The car park is patrolled hourly by security staff, and line repainting and drainage clearance are conducted quarterly. A visitor help point with intercom connects to the control room in case of emergencies.
