Milton Street Car Park Bank Park is a multi-level facility operated by a private group, located off Milton Street in the citys cultural district. The structure offers approximately 300 covered bays across three levels, including 20 accessible spaces on Level 1 near the pedestrian lift. Entry and exit are managed via ANPR cameras for pre-booked users; casual visitors take a ticket at entry and pay at pay-on-foot machines accepting coins, banknotes, and contactless cards. Operating 24/7, CCTV cameras monitor all entry/exit points, aisles, and lift lobbies continuously; high-intensity LED lighting ensures safe visibility at night. Covered pedestrian bridges link the car park to nearby theatres, galleries, and music venues within a two-minute walk. Local bus stops on Carver Street provide services to Sheffield Interchange and Hillsborough. EV charging is available via 8 rapid units located on Level B2 near the lifts. Covered cycle racks accommodating 30 bicycles are provided on Level B1 to support sustainable travel in the arts district. Height restriction barriers limit vehicles to 2.1 m.
