Waitrose Car Park in Dorking is a free surface-level facility reserved for supermarket customers, located on Junction Road. The lot offers 140 marked bays, including ten accessible spaces located near the store entrance. Operating during store hours (7 am 10 pm daily), users validate parking by scanning a valid Waitrose receipt at the exit barrier for up to two hours free parking; extended stays incur a nominal fee payable at the exit machine, which accepts coins, banknotes, and contactless cards. CCTV cameras monitor all areas during opening hours, and LED bollard lighting ensures safe access after dusk. A covered trolley bay is positioned adjacent to the store entrance. Pedestrian walkways connect to nearby retail outlets and Dorking Station within a five-minute walk. Local bus stops on Junction Road provide frequent services to Dorking Station, Guildford, and Redhill. EV charging is available via four rapid units located near the lots western boundary exclusively for store customers. Covered cycle racks accommodating twelve bicycles promote sustainable travel.
